Identifying Faculty Unionization Barriers at Kabul University

Pupose: This paper aims to unveil the faculty unionization barriers in Kabul University. To utilize its sources and opportunities effectively efficiently, universities need a cooperated members. One way that makes faculties maintain their rights privileges legally build an equitable system is establish Faculty Union. The research question addressed is: why University as one of most influential mother Afghanistan, still could not formed union?
 Method: For data analysis, authors use thematic analysis investigate question.
 Result: results this study show Unionization Barriers at classify under five categories including; Political barriers, Cultural Strategic Structural Legal barriers. researchers believes all these factors rovolves around axle; lack strong organizational culture identified be facilitator for university members helpful collaboration Intra-Organizational Integration.
